Chillin' Out

A painting I did for my Design II final as a way to improve my painting skills. I took the reference photo and posterized it inside of Adobe Photoshop to break down the values then transferred the picture to a 8x10 canvas. I used a monochromatic color scheme for the subject and used a blueish green in the background to compliment the color.
